Nicole Rincon MS, PA-C


Nicole Rincon, MS, PA-C is a board-certified Physician Assistant. She majored in Biology at UC San Diego (UCSD) and graduated with honors. While attending UCSD, her major areas of focus were microbiology and genetics. Nicole continued her health care education at Western University of Health Sciences where she graduated on the Dean’s List with a Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies in 2007. She is board certified as a Physician Assistant by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).

Nicole is MAPS (Medical Academy of Pediatric Special Needs) attendee and has extensive experience with pediatric special needs, integrative and Functional Medicine. Nicole also worked for many years in medical weight management clinics focusing on nutritional counseling and wellness supplementation.

Nicole is a wife and mother to triplets. At the age of 2, her two boys regressed and were diagnosed with autism. Her work represents her life’s passion. Through functional medicine intervention, Nicole saw a dramatic change in her family when addressing basic metabolic needs, gut health, and environmental changes. Her goal is to empower and educate her patients to actualize their ideal selves through medicine and natural therapies.
